OKAY epilator, GARBAGE instructions
First off I'd like to say this is an OKAY epilator. It doesn't get all of the hair, but it does work. So 3/5 for that. Next up, I cannot stress enough about the instructions. It's useful to know about some information so I do reckon anyone who uses this to read it, however the way they laid it out, JUST PURELY SUCKS. I am usually pretty good at understanding instructions because most of the time it is self-explanatory. But no, if you're the type of person who likes to quickly skim through manual books, you're going to be up for some serious hair pulling. Whoever put together this instruction booklet obviously did not care too much and just decided to throw it together less than 2 minutes. It gets really technical and worst of all it's very confusing for the reader. The diagrams are labeled with numbers, HOWEVER, the numbers are also scattered all over the instructions. Seriously, get an editor, Braun. But overall, this is quite useful and I wouldn't mind continuing to use it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, because it was after all a costy price tag for a not so great epilator.

Shaver is not better than others
I am happier with a standard razor or any other electric razor because the eplilator style is not acceptable in removing hair..

Best hair removal purchase
This hair removal system is wonderful! I have been using it all summer and am completely satisfied. I would previously have extremely sensitive skin from waxing and now this product has replaced my need for waxing. My skin is happier and so is my purse.

Disappointment for face.
As a veteran epilator of many years, I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new Braun. I've had
my old one for over ten years and have really appreciated it. I decided to get a newer unit in hopes
that they had improved on comfort and also because my previous Braun is corded only.

The new one finally came today and I immediately took it out for a test drive. What a disappointment!
Contrary to the many reviews I read prior to purchase, this model did a very poor job on my upper
lip. Despite repeated tries, I still had hair that simply would not be pulled. I will add that I had
waited for well over a week without plucking or epilating and the hair was long enough to have been pulled
with my older unit. I definitely would not want to let it grow out any longer. I even tried the unit
without the shield but still, no go. Additionally, I found that this model is too large to get close
to the nose area. I did not attempt to try it on my legs.

As the upper lip was primarily the reason for purchasing the newer model, I finally gave up and
repackaged this Braun. Back to old faithful.

Smooth depilation
I love this product, it is very smooth on your skin, and have several accessories to adapt to different parts of your body. The only reason why I gave this product 4 starts versus 5 is because the facial head is not included. I have been using Braun Silk-Epil for over 10 years, and this model is by far the best!
