A GOOD VALUE FOR WHAT IT IS
This grooming system is versatile and does not take up much space on the counter. Yes, the build quality could be better, and the way that the parts combine and re-combine is somewhat confusing, but at around $20 (with free shipping if combined with another purchase), you can't go wrong.

I have been using this system intermittently for a couple of months now. While I would not substitute it for my regular razor, it is great for quick touch-ups, thinning, and definition. So far, the battery is strong and seems to hold its charge for a long time.

For best results, take the time with scissors to carefully open the clamshell package, give the directions at least a quick read-thru, and study how the system works. It's pretty ingenious, really.

Great for a quick trim up
This grooming kit works great for a quick and good trim up, it doesn't exactly work as good as a razor but if you take your time, it gets the job done. I also like how it provides a nose and ear trimmer, as well as adapters for trimming up your hair. I use it more for my face rather than my hair so I am not sure how it is with thick hair. Overall its a good product and would come in handy on a trip or for an on-the-go trim up.

Cannot cut my hair
Philips Norelco G370 All-in-1 Grooming System is definitely not a hair trimmer. All hair get stuck inside the trimmer and it stops cutting. Maybe it is good for something else but not for hair trimming.

I ordered this for my son's 21 st birthday and graduation.It came within 3 days of ordering.Since it's arrival my son has shaved and groomed himself more often than before.He can trim his beard or his side burns because the kit contains several different blades.He has been enjoying it very much with nary a complaint.Product works very well.
